Grappa Bassano Classica Jacopo Poli: it is a young grappa born from the distillation of a cuvée of pomace from typical vines of the Bassano del Grappa area.

Following the tradition of Venetian distillers, the Poli Distillery produces a Grappa di Bassano, a white and full-bodied grappa, intense with an alcohol content of 40 degrees.

Intense fruity aroma with notes of quince and dried plum.

The taste of Jacopo Poli's grappa di Bassano is harmonious, elegant and lively.

A tribute to Bassano del Grappa, the capital of Grappa, and to the Poli Grappa Museum which is located in front of the Ponte Vecchio, symbol of the city, designed by the architect Andrea Palladio in the 16th century.

Tasting Notes:

Color: To the eye it is transparent and bright.

Perfumes: On the nose it offers aromatic notes of quinces, candied fruit, walnuts, plums, liquorice and caramel.

Taste: The flavor is fresh and elegant. It has flavors of candied fruit and licorice.
