The Sarpa Grappa from Poli is produced by the distillation of the Merlot and Cabernet pomace of the wine producers in the area of Marostica, in the Veneto region, near the distillery.
"Sarpa" in Veneto dialect means "marc", the raw material from which Grappa is obtained.
Sarpa di Poli is obtained from vines of vines with a floral and delicately herbaceous aroma, steam-distilled in copper boilers with a discontinuous cycle.
It is a grappa obtained with the passion, the experience and the work of the two Poli brothers.
