Inspired by a popular style gin in 1800, Hayman family reserve gin rested for three weeks in barrels that previously grew old Scotch whiskey.
For gin this aging whiskey barrel adds extra spice notes to the already refined and delicious Hayman gin.
Hayman's Family Reserve is a limited edition made in batches of 5,000 bottles each. The label shows the batch number and the bottles are numbered.
You can taste the classic gin and tonic, or the elaborate Martini cocktail, but its maximum reaches smooth with only two ice cubes in a low Tambler and perhaps a Partagas alongside club.
