This Versailles rum was distilled in 2002 in Guyana with a distiller Pot Still in wood and aged in former bourbon in tropical weather.
Aged for 12 years that made this Versailles rum El dorado exceptional.
Tasting notes:
Taste: Very seductive aroma of vanilla, honey and sugar caramel, with a lot of spices such as cinnamon and licorice.
Taste: The taste is warm and dry, deep but balanced with sweet notes of dried apricot, vanilla and caramel, and nice oak notes, dried fruits such as almonds; medium-bodied, with well-integrated alcohol and round and sweet finish.
For consumption is recommended to drink only meditating and perhaps accompanied by a good cigar or Partagas 898 Partagas P2.
