The Captain Warren pipe line is inspired by the Nordic custom of creating a double chimney pipe.
An external part that is preserved and remains fresh and a removable inner part, which fits into a cavity, an expansion chamber, an air cushion on the bottom where the humidity of the smoke is decanted.
Leonardo Da Vinci invented a double-walled briar pipe, cooled by the air that circulated in the air space.
Precisely for this reason Ser Jacopo wanted to introduce the Captain Warren pipe in the famous Historica pipe line.

Ser Jacopo has created the Leonardo Da Vinci project with the pipe line with extractable stove, improving smoking.
Ser Jacopo has improved the Captain Warren giving it a pure form, clean lines but perfectly functional for an extraordinary smoke.
The extractable stove is machined from solid and equipped with a rubber gasket to improve the seal of the smoke expansion chamber.
The expansion chamber is egg-shaped to condense better and release smoke from moisture.
The suction hole leading to the mouthpiece is placed 2 cm above the bottom of the expansion chamber
This precaution of the suction hole has been studied so as not to interfere with the condensation that will settle on the bottom.
The shape of the Ser Jacopo Captain Warren pipe and the curved mouthpiece have been studied to balance the weight of the same in the smoking phase.
