Springbank 30 Y.O. Authors Series Vol. 44,1% Cl.70

First edition "Autori 'Series" a 1990 Springbank whiskey aged 30 years.

This Springbank was distilled in September 1990 and then left in cask for 30 years.

The barrel used is a "Refill Hogshead" to be precise reference HL18137.

In December 2020, having reached the right ripeness and with an alcohol content of 44 degrees, it was decided to bottle this special release of Springbank 30 years.

Few bottles produced, only 103 in the world.

This 30 year old Springbank distilled in 1990 is great!

On the nose the initial floral freshness is followed by a sweet creaminess with notes of honey, nougat, strawberries and cream.

Springbank "Serie d'Autori First Edition" 30 Years on the palate it is creamy with notes of pears, honey, hazelnuts and malt with hints of wood and biscuit.

The finish is long, soft and balanced with the sweetness that is balanced by the white pepper.

The box that houses this precious Springbank bottle is beautiful, completely covered in soft leather!
