The use of ex-sherry casks combined with the soft and enveloping Glenlivet single malt creates an exceptional whiskey for its aromatic structure and flavours.

All bottlings in the Signatory range are unfiltered and do not contain colourants, are full alcoholic strength and of limited production.

Few bottles are available in Italy.

Tasting Notes:

Colour gold.

Nose: light and floral caramel initially, a waltz of sweetness accompanied by notes of vanilla and red fruit.

Palate: The palate is creamy, it is buttery, with a pinch of salt, followed by butter and a little black pepper.

Finish: Reasonably long with aniseed, white pepper and Parma violets.
