He was once seen by a distillery worker who, after initially trying to escape, felt compelled to touch the dog's fur.

For one week every year, the Tomatin distillery makes a peaty, lightly smoked whiskey.
This spooky edition was repeated at 15ppm and aged in a mix of virgin oak, bourbon and sherry barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Color: straw yellow.
Aroma: Initial impact with coconut and cream with some botanical notes of parsley and coriander. The smoke emerges soon after, but only to pass through the nose. A mix of lime, grapefruit and mandarin with rich notes of almonds and aniseed.
Palate: Initially light as a feather followed by a honeyed smoke and toasted almonds. Rich in spices, cloves, cinnamon and star anise. Latte with chocolate flakes.
Final: Light with a hint of sweet smoke ....
Whiskey Tomatin Cu 'Bòcan Signature light smoke is to be paired with a good Dominican cigar like Arturo Fuente.
