The single malt 100% Islay series by Kilchoman identifies that this whisky uses malt grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled on the island of Islay.

Kilchoman 100% Islay is aged in Fresh Bourbon Barrels from the Buffalo Trace distillery, Kentucky, USA and in ex-oloroso sherry casks.

Kilchoman 100% Islay limited edition fourteenth is a 50% blend of whiskies aged nine years.

On the nose, Kilchoman 100% Islay whisky is smooth with peaty aromas and notes of citrus, lemon and pear.

On the palate it is initially sweet with notes of fruit, later becoming peaty with notes of smoke.

The finish of Kilchoman 100% Islay is long, sweet and persistent, balanced.

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: Notes of peat and jam, citrus marmalade, ripe lemon.

Palate: Thick and full, peaty with notes of smoke and a velvety finish.
