    Clearach is the production base of Michel Couvreur's products and is the youngest of all his whiskeys.

    Clearach contains all the potentialities of Michel Couvreur's distillates, perfectly distinguished by the scents of cereals and the spirit's strength.
    Clearach is the youngest distillate in the range.
    Aged 3 years in oak barrels, he takes a small step into sherry barrels.
    So limited aging means that Clearach can not whiskey the whiskey title.
    In fact, the label is Cereal Spirit.
    Clearach is a cereal distillate that is well combined with cigars such as the Olive O Series.
    Michel Couvreur's products are inspired by the highest Scottish tradition, unique and amazing as he is.
    Belgian origin and négociant of Burgundy wines, Michel Couvreur falls in love with the Whiskey world in the late 1970s.
    Michel Couvreur is nicknamed the last of the Mohicans because he is the last Whiskey craftsman.
    Couvreur has always followed every detail of the production.
    He started to distil Edradour and still uses small distilleries, demanding the production of every production phase according to his indications.
    For aging, Couvreur continues to use Sherry's barrels according to Scottish tradition.

    Notes Tasting:
    Color: Light amber.
