Sarpa oro Barrique di Poli grappa comes from the tradition and experience of these master grappa makers, selecting the best grappa and letting it rest in new oak barriques.

Sarpa Oro is a grappa produced and distilled by the Poli company, produced by artisanally distilling the best pomace of the Merlot and Cabernet grapes in the area through a copper still.

Subsequently it refines in barrels kept by Bruno Paietta, the master cooper.

Bruno worked in the Poli distillery for over thirty years, helping to grow the distillery, always putting his heart into it.

He knew how to do everything, but his real talent was taking care of the barrels and vats, his kingdom was the underground cellars where today around 4,000 barriques rest.

Sarpa Barrique grappa is raised in new 225 liter French oak barriques which process the grappa, oxygenate it and smooth it, improving it.

In its simplicity and elegance it contains all the history and passion for distillation of the Poli family.

A characteristic grappa with a beautiful golden colour, on the nose it has a varied and fruity aroma that ranges from vanilla to exotic fruit, on the palate it is a grappa that gives warmth at the first sip thanks to its beautiful 40° alcohol content, sweet and with an excellent finish persistence.
