The result is a sweet and fruity whiskey with the classic Arran style.
The nose is initially sweet with notes of dried fruit, vanilla and toffee continuing deepens with caramelized fruit.
On the palate it starts fresh but turns quickly in hot toffee notes, apples and nuts with hints of chocolate milk and spiced biscuits.
The finish is moderately persistent with notes of cinnamon, licorice and pineapple.

TASTING NOTES:
Aroma: A beginning peaty, then chocolate raisins and oatmeal cake, and a leather note.
Palate: The strong influence of the peat is combined with the tannins of red wine.
A summer fruit mix dried with a thin substrate
pear. Fresh and balanced.
Finale: peat smoke burst followed by oak.
Combined with a good cigar Nicaraguan whom Aroma de Caribe Mi Amor, or a balanced Davidoff Siglo de oro.
