The cover of the book resumes the bottle label, reports the series The Smugglers and the name of the whiskey The high seas, of course volume 2.

Volume two because it is the second release of a limited edition Arran made up of 3 editions.

The Arran Whiskey The high seas is bottled at Natural Cask Strength 56.4% vol.

Not Cold-filtered & No artificial dyes, which makes it persistent and unique, exceptional.

In the blend of ArranThe high seas whiskey there are unique releases, including the classic non-turbid Arran Malt in combination with Arran whiskey produced from medium hardness and heavily turbid malt.

ArranThe high seas whiskeys include some of Arran's heavily peeled whiskey like Arran Malt at 50ppm and Arran malt fully matured at Port Pipes.

 

Tasting notes:

COLOR: Rusty like the rings of old whiskey barrels.

Nose: Floral notes bring with elegance, the sweetness in the form of fresh Madeira cake with a marshmallow.

Whiskey Arran The high seas is rich in palate.

PALATE: Juicy plums, seasoned with white pepper. Notes of freshly sawn pine wood smoke. On the palate it develops like white tannic grapes immediately to be replaced by biscuit notes and a ginger flour.

FINISHING: The flavor of dried apricots fades to be replaced by salty notes, in the final marine notes take over.
