This exceptional crystal carafe, developed in honor of the founder of J.M. rum, is the result of a skilful blend of aged rums which must have aged for a minimum of 15 years in the J.M. cellars.

The J.M. is a small distillery in the north of the island of Martinique that produces the noblest of agricultural rums, famous for being a grower, collector and manipulator of the sugar canes used to produce its rum.

The canes, harvested mechanically, are ground to extract the sugary juice, the "vesou". This is then left to ferment, then it is distilled with a column still.

This J.M. rum couvee perfectly expresses the incomparable typical of JM rums: dominant flavors spices, pepper, coriander, ginger bread, but also small notes of vanilla...

On the palate, this rum has exceptional balance and complexity: an attack while medium fruity, full and spicy palate and a slightly smoky finish.
