In fact, at the time of its release in September 2016, Port Ellen 37 Year Old is the oldest bottling of single malt Port Ellen ever released.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: A soft expression of smoke. Just a hint of chamois leather with blueberry aromas and notes of mandarin sauce.

Paste: More blueberries and a touch of liquorice. A little vanilla on the finish.

Finish: Brown sugar and toasted oak, full of that caramelized crunch of a Catalan cream.
