All the Rums of the Moon Import selection come from original barrels, aged in Scotland and selected and bottled individually in the same place, since Scotland is the region of the world where the maturation of alcohol is the best and most regular compared to all other countries.

The color of the Rum in the Moon Import selection is determined by the duration of aging in oak barrels, but also by the product contained in the barrel in its previous use.

For example, if the barrel has contained Sherry for a certain period, the Rum from the Moon Import selection will absorb its tannins and have a darker color than if the barrel previously contained another distillate.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Bright amber, tending to dark.

The nose presents notes of hawthorn, white peach and eggnog.
