The passion was then handed down to Darius Plazewski from a young age, and blossomed in 2015 when he, together with Ewelina, founded the distillery in London after immigrating there in 2003.

To produce Gin Bimber Da Hong Pao Roasted Oolong Tea, in the malt distillate, dried leaves of Da Hong Pao tea are infused, one of the most prized varieties of oolong tea, which grows in the Wuyi Mountains, in southern China, and is characterized by floral, sweet and mineral notes.
All these notes are found in a gin bottled at a full alcohol content of 51.8%, to maintain the full intensity of the flavors.
Tasting Notes:
Aroma: Notes of earth, dried flowers, roasted tea and notes of juniper.
Palate: Sweet and warm, a mineral hint, charcoal, then gentle notes of flowers.
