Tasting notes:

Color: Dark coppery amber.

Nose: opens with notes of peat and salted butter, all accompanied by spicy hints of dark chocolate. Citrus fruits and custard are added after a few seconds.

Palate: the peat is perceived, which is not particularly marked. The aromatic palette consists of red fruit, vanilla and a very balanced mix of spicy spices.

Final: very prolonged. It releases spices, peat, chocolate, yellow fruit, hazelnut and aromatic herbs.

We recommend pairing the 11-year-old Longrow red Tawny Port whiskey with an excellent Arturo Fuente reserve, while for slow smoke enthusiasts with Enrimore Latakia.
