Chichibu Paris Edition 2023 is the result of a blend of Chichibu aged 5 to 7 years and aged in bourbon barrels, quarter casks (chidibaru) and hogsheads.

Japanese single malt whiskeys made with different varieties of barley, including some hand malted. The Ichiro Chichibu Paris Edition 2023 single malt is bottled at 49.5%.

Eight separate barrels left to mature for seven years gave life to the Japanese Single Malt Whiskey “Ichiro's Malt Paris Edition” 2023, from the Chichibu distillery.

A distillate that on the one hand demonstrates character and determination to spare, on the other hand offers an admirable balance, both on the nose and on the palate.

Produced in only 2100 bottles, all hand-numbered, it is a collectible whisky: true lovers of the genre will certainly not miss it.
