Rhum rhum agricole Liberation bois noble is produced on the island of Marie Galante, near Guadeloupe.

The name “Liberation” refers to the newfound freedom of the rum from the barrel and the date on the label refers to the year of bottling.

Liberation 2017 follows the tradition of Pure Single Agricole Rume, that is, double distillation in a copper still in a bain-marie and aging on site for at least three years.

The 2017 vintage is the final edition of a long series of distillations of Capovilla rum, it is the most sought-after edition by enthusiasts who want one of the best rums in the world.

Rhum Rhum Liberation 2017 is the result of the aging of Rhum Rhum PMG that began in 2007, using different types of barrels of noble French and American woods.

Finished in barrels previously used for French white wines, this rum expresses itself with powerful notes and richness of aromas, marked by notes of wood, sugar cane and ripe fruit.

The PMG Producer, directed by Capovilla, has always created the best Maria Galante agricole rums, full of aromas and with intense and persistent notes on the palate.

Rhum Rhum Liberation 2017 is therefore the expression of the assemblies considered optimal by the master distiller Vittorio Gianni Capovilla.

The union between the PMG rums and the master distiller Capovilla create an exceptional rum, Full Proof, produced in small quantities, and unfortunately only a few bottles remain.
