Tasting Notes:
Color: like honey. Slightly red due to aging in ex-sherry casks.
Perfumes: beautiful sweet peat. This is really a nice smoky nose. For a Scottish equivalent ... Port Charlotte or even a hint of Laphroaig or Endradour.
Taste: Very powerful, it floods the palate with smoke, toasted bread and dry peat. It then becomes fruity and spicy, with notes of licorice.
