Tasting Notes:

Colour: Honey. Surprisingly dark for something that is only three years old.

Nose: Lovely sweet peat. This is a really nice smoky nose.

Palate: Very powerful, flooding the palate with intense smoke and dry peat. It then becomes fruity and spicy, with hints of vanilla. The finish has a notable minerality.
