The Caribbean Collection Trinidad Rum is the entry level of Bristol Classics to know these spirits starting from a bottle with an excellent quality / price ratio.
The Bristol Caribbean collection is a blend of young rums from the Trinidad Distillers distillery, also known as Angostura.
Rum were added to these rums of the Caroni distillery, closed since the early 2000s, with 10-15% of the assembly.
The whole is aged in oak barrels ex bourbon for an average of 4 years.
Tasting Notes:
It has an intriguing golden color.
The nose gives hints of coffee and caramel.
On the palate it is delicate and straightforward.
You can combine the Caribbean Collection Trinidad rum of Bristol Classic with an excellent cigar Jose L. Piedra Calzadores.
