Tasting Notes:
Color: very dark amber.
Nose: like an old El Dorado, only with more strength and less caramel. In a sense, rum Port Morant 1999 is rather delicate, despite the alcoholic strength. Two "Lacrime d'angelo" of water dilute the power and open it even to the less accustomed palates.
Mouth: heavier, fatter, extremely concentrated, with a little incense, rose jelly, bitter oranges.
Finishing: long, mentholated, rich, honey.
