Francesco Ganci is a young Genoese craftsman producing high quality tobacco pipes.

He started sculpting pipes relatively late but today he is one of the most popular emerging Italian briar pipe producers and at the height of success.

Francesco Ganci had important teachers including his friend Mimmo Romeo.

The reason for his success is due to his ability to masterly handle tools, chisels and knives, his pragmatism, his imagination and his continuous search for quality.

In complete solitude, drawing inspiration from nature or the surrounding world, in the luthier's workshop, he thinks and creates his new pipes... true works of art.

He sculpts the shapes by hand with a knife using exclusively Italian briar with the right seasoning provided by Mimmo Romeo.

The minimum maturation of the briar is 5 years and takes place at controlled temperature and humidity.

Starting from the technical part, to which he gives great importance to always have a pleasant smoke, Francesco Ganci creates pipes respecting the grain and design of the briar.

Before producing and marketing a pipe, Francesco Ganci, with the experience of a luthier, tastes the softness and flexibility of the briar, then as a great passionate smoker he tests the shape, the handling, the lines, the angles, the dimensions, the balance of the tobacco pipe.

The result is exceptional pipes, perfect technically and qualitatively, very light and elegant pipes.
