Contained in a golden package, with its golden label the Springbank 21 years is real liquid gold.

It is born from the aging with a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry barrels with a further passage in ex-port barrels after assembly.

Not cold filtered Springbank 21 Y.O. is bottled at 46% alcohol content.

The result is a unique, incredible, refined product, contained in an elegant black and gold box.

This is bottle 24 of 164, a limited edition of very few bottles.

We recommend tasting Springbank 21 Y.O. with a Toscano del presidente cigar or accompanied with a good pipe tobacco and excellent dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Bright. Liquid gold.

Aroma: Light and fruity with notes of red apples and blueberry. Honey and milk chocolate give a sweet creaminess that combines well with traditional dunnage aromas.

Palate: Very well balanced with notes of apple toffee, brandy and butter, licorice, milk chocolate and honeycomb.

Finish: Long and robust with light spice and pepper against notes of dry peat.
