Nonino Reserve 8 years is a fine and refined grappa, with which Nonino begins to enter the magical world of long wood refinements, fundamental to give life to complex labels and distillates of the highest quality.

It was 1973 when Nonnino revolutionized the way of grappa by presenting Monovitigno Nonino.

Today Nonino exceeds with this Reserve 8 years, producing a grappa starting from the selected marcs of Merlot, Malvasia, Friulano and Moscato, freshly picked.

A product that not only fascinates the sense of smell and palate with aromas and flavors worthy of note, but that also affects the view, thanks to a bottle characterized by elegant finishes.

The distillation process takes place by steam, according to the discontinuous method, with the cutting of the head and tail, using some of the copper stills that dominate the scene inside the Percoto distillery.

At the end of the processing, the grappa obtained is aged in barriques and in small barrels which in some cases contained Sherry, for a period of 8 years.
