Today Nonino surpasses itself with this Reserve 20 years Sherry cask, producing a grappa starting from the selected marcs of Merlot, Malvasia, Friulano and Moscato, freshly picked.

The distillation process takes place by steam, according to the discontinuous method, with the cutting of the head and tail, using some of the copper stills that dominate the scene inside the Percoto distillery.

At the end of the processing, the grappa obtained is aged in barriques and in small barrels containing Sherry, for a period of 20 years, under seal and surveillance of the customs agency and monopolies.
