Foursquare Plenipotentiary 12 years is a rum produced by the collaboration between Richard Seale and Luca Gargano.

The idea from which Foursquare Plenipotentiary was born is completely new in the world of premium rums.

It is a blend of light and heavy rums distilled in Coffey Still and in double retort copper alembic.

The assembly of rum is aged in ex Bourbon barrels for 12 years.

The Foursquare Plenipotentiary was distilled in 2007 and bottled in the tropics in 2019 and only 5400 bottles were produced.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Beautiful shiny amber color. A color that inspires respect, class, elegant.

Bouquet: flowery and well balanced with fresh apples, molasses and a touch of sweetness from the ex bourbon barrels.

Palate: round and silky, with a floral sweetness, freshness and soft finish. In a sense, it is rather delicate, despite the lethal force. Two "Angel's tears" of water neither dilute the power, opening it also to less accustomed palates.

The Foursquare Plenipotentiary rum can be combined with a Cuban floral cigar such as Trinitad.
