Hendrick's Gin from the Girvan Distillery is a gin produced in small batches in the Ayrshire region of Scotland.

Gin Hendrick's is distilled in ancient copper stills of the nineteenth century and characterized by an unusual blend of 11 botanical species.

Some classic but others absolutely extravagant for the category: yarrow, coriander, juniper, chamomile, cumin seeds, cubebe berries, elderflower, orange peel, lemon zest, angelica root and iris, damask rose petals and cucumber.

This new version of Hendrick's gin at 44% has a remarkable balance.

Served icically with tonic water and the typical slice of cucumber, this gin is suitable to be tasted on its own thanks to its unusual and unique characteristics.

Indicated in 2003 as the best gin in the world by the Wall Street Journal, it is perfect with the tonic.

Transparent in color, Hendrick's Gin opens to the nose with floral and citrus notes, enriched with characteristic hints of juniper and black pepper.

On the palate it is round and balanced, pleasantly fresh and intense, with evident hints of cucumber and rose.

Tasting notes:

Perfumes: particularly aromatic, floral notes, narcissus, elderflower, juniper vanilla and white pepper. Anise.

Taste: fat, round. A beautiful aromatic texture that brings out the sweetness of the rose petals and the freshness of the cucumber.
