Bottled at full alcohol content of 65.2 degrees, it is a very interesting, long-lived and rich Caroni rum !!
These are the last Caroni bottles produced on the island of Trinidad; the image on the label reproduces the faces of the employees of the Caroni distillery over the years, as a tribute to the history of the distillery.

We are faced with a real masterpiece, a heavy Rum of an era that no longer exists, the result of an indescribable quality raw material and a distillery made up of many faces, many employees; distillery which unfortunately has not been present since 2003 on the island of Trinidad and Tobago.

Bouquet: Wide and intense, of ripe fruit, citrus and licorice, constantly evolving in the glass
Taste: Warm, soft and enveloping, with great aromatic richness, we recommend a combination of Caroni Employees Nita "Nitz" Hogan 2000 rum with a good Liga Privada T52 cigar and pineapple.
