The Damoiseau family, owner of the Bellevue distillery in Guadeloupe, has been producing high quality Agricultural Rhum since 1942 just outside Le Moule, in Grande-Terre.

The Damoiseau distillery produces rum by distilling it from the best sugar cane.

Damoiseau Vintage 1953 is presented in a precious decanter and bottled in 1984, for 31 years of tropical aging in Guadeloupe in 225 liter French oak barriques.

It is during its aging in Kentucky oak barrels that the agricultural rum Damoiseau acquires its amber color and its intense aromas.
