The J.Bally distillery was based in Le Carbet on the island of Martinique and produces vintage agricultural rums only in the best years.
The founder of the distillery, Jacques Bally in 1917 was the first to have the idea of refining his Ruhm in oak barrels.
This wood allows to give the distillate a wonderful amber color and a delicate round and balanced taste.
The agricultural rum J. Bally vintage 1993 is the last vintage produced with the old stills, before the restructuring of the distillery.
J. Bally vintage 1993 has exceptional, unrepeatable scents and aromas, characteristic of old used stills.
