The 18 year old Arran whiskey is a distillery benchmark a sweet and fruity, wonderful single malt.

Her recipe has been slightly revised and improved with the introduction of the new dress.

This 18 year old Arran single malt has been aged in ex-sherry casks, exclusively and beautifully.

The result is a sweet, silky and fruity whiskey with the classic Arran style.

Whiskey Arran 18 years on the nose it is initially sweet with notes of ripe red fruit, vanilla and custard, continuing it becomes deeper with notes of caramelized fruit.

On the palate 18 year old Arran whiskey starts fresh but soon turns into notes of warm toffee, hazelnuts with hints of milk chocolate and butter biscuits.

The finish is persistent with notes of ripe sweet grapes and honey.

An Arran 18 y.o. was born. Outstanding single malt whiskey!

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: A peaty beginning, then raisins, chocolate and tobacco notes.

Palate: The strong influence of peat combines with the tannins of red wine.

A blend of dehydrated summer fruit with a subtle pear undertone. Fresh and balanced.

Final: Peat smoke burst followed by oak wood.

Whiskey Arran 18 years can be combined with a good Cuban cigar like Cohiba.
