This 21 year old Arran single malt has been aged in ex-sherry casks, exclusively and beautifully.

The result is a sweet, silky and fruity whiskey with the classic Arran style.

Whiskey Arran 21 years the nose is initially ethereal with notes of ripe red fruit, vanilla and custard, continuing it becomes deeper with notes of caramelized fruit.

On the palate, the 21-year-old Arran whiskey begins fresh but soon turns into notes of warm toffee, caramel with hints of milk chocolate and butter biscuits.

The finish is persistent with notes of ripe sweet grapes and honey.

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: A peaty beginning, then raisins, chocolate and with notes of tobacco.

Palate: The strong influence of peat combines with the tannins of red wine.

A blend of dehydrated summer fruit with a subtle pear undertone. Fresh and balanced.

Final: Burst of peat smoke followed by oak and vanilla.

Whiskey Arran 21 years can be combined with a good Cuban cigar like Cohiba.
