Carlos I Imperial brandy is produced from the traditional Spanish criaderas and sills.

The refinement takes place in American oak barrels for at least 15 years.

From intense aromas with slight notes of dried fruit and wood.

Brandy Carlos I Imperial is a distillate produced from a blend of reserved and selected "soleras", aged in white oak barrels that have previously contained Jerez wine.

Although it is composed of a mixture of the three types of distillates (in the column, still and column brandy), column distillates with intense aromas predominate.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Intense mahogany red.

Aromas: on the nose it offers notes of oak wood, sandalwood, spicy tones of cinnamon and black pepper, but also cloves, dried fig and, just hinted at, toasted hazelnut and cocoa.

Taste: On the palate it is soft and enveloping, showing a great structure and a long persistence of dried fig, toasted almonds and raisins.
