The duroni cherry distillate is a fruit and cherry distillate obtained by double-pass distillation in small copper stills in a bain-marie.

These are high quality hard cherries, with a sweet flavor, intense aroma and firm and crunchy pulp grown in Veneto.

Vittorio Capovilla selects only the best cherries, freshly ripened, loaded with sugars.

The cherries are de-stemmed and fermented as is done with red wines, at the end of fermentation all the fermented must is distilled.

This cherry distillate is colorless, limpid and crystalline.

The Capovilla distillate of cherries duroni obtained is full of aromas, perfumes and in the mouth it is an explosion of sweetness.

The product rests for at least 2 years in stainless steel tanks.

It is then bottled, diluted with Monte Grappa spring water and brought to an alcohol content of 41% vol. without adding sugar, flavorings or other.
