The elderberry distillate is a fruit distillate of elderberry obtained by double-pass distillation in small copper stills in a bain-marie.

Capovilla's elderberry distillate is soft, intense and powerful, obtained from top quality elderberry.

These are high quality elderberries, with a sweet taste, an intense aroma and a firm and crunchy pulp grown in the Veneto region of Vivenza.

This elderberry distillate is colorless, limpid and crystalline.

The Capovilla elderberry distillate obtained is full of aromas, perfumes and an explosion of sweetness in the mouth.

The product rests for at least 5 years in stainless steel tanks.

It is then bottled, diluted with Monte Grappa spring water and brought to an alcohol content of 41% vol. without adding sugar, flavorings or other.
