Winestillery Lodon Dry Gin was created to investigate the great botanical heritage of Tuscany and the Chianti Classico region.

This London Dry Gin comes from the independent Winestillery artisan distillery, located in Gaiole in Chianti, in an area famous for wine production, and is the fruit of the passion of Enrico and Niccolò, second generation of the Chioccioli family, who have evolved the art of distillation thanks to experiences conducted in America in France, at renowned whiskey and cognac distilleries.

The wine distillate, together with a unique selection of botanicals, is distilled through the Pot Still alembic, called Bacchus, in order to obtain a gin capable of transporting you to the heart of Tuscany.

The dedicated alembic, "Bacchus", which takes inspiration from Carter Head and Bennet techniques and allows to obtain a unique product.

Distilled with extraordinary intensity obtained through a secret distillation technique.

Aromatic profile: the aroma is intense with strong typical wine aromas, delicate hints of menthol, juniper, coriander and dark woods, lemon and orange peel.
