In a unique and beautifully illustrated packaging by Erica Dorn, this single malt is created from a selection of American and European oak seasoned ex-Sherry barrels and American ex-Bourbon barrels.

Macallan is a single malt Scotch whiskey aged in a combination of casks.

At the discretion of the Master Distillers, European ex-sherry and American barrels are used, also ex-sherry, or ex-bourbon.

The Single Malt Scotch Whiskey Macallan Macallan limited edition "a night on earth, Polaris" is distilled in the new distillery and after 10 years of aging it is bottled at full capacity.

The Single Malt Scotch Whiskey Macallan is delicious when drunk neat, and when diluted with water it is characterized by hints of green apple, kiwi, pineapple, vanilla and eucalyptus, and is characterized by refreshing flavors of strawberry, grapefruit, blueberry and white chocolate.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Pale golden yellow.

Aroma: Delicate notes of Sherry arrive on the nose, with sweet aromas of toffee and banana. There are hints of lemon and citrus.

Taste: Macallan is first spicy and spicy, then lets emerge notes of pear, pineapple, citrus, milk chocolate.
