The Springbank has now become a cult distillery among enthusiasts who are conquered by its unique taste and by the distillery itself, rustic, chaotic and traditional but refined and of great quality.

Springbank 18 Years Old is a lightly peaty single malt (15 ppm) and is aged for 18 years in a mix of barrels that previously contained sherry or bourbon.

On the nose, Springbank 18 Years Old whiskey is rich and creamy with notes of vanilla and ripe fruit that blend with notes of marzipan, almonds and strawberries.

On the palate Springbank 18 Years Old whiskey is full-bodied, slightly oily and with a soft taste with notes of licorice and anise.

The finish of Springbank 18 Years Old whiskey is long with sweet chocolate notes and a pleasant smoky aftertaste.
