Bimber Apogee 12 years is a blended whiskey of skilfully selected single malts from the young English distillery.

You have already read that English and non-Scottish distillery, it is in fact a start-up founded by enthusiasts of Polish origins, whose link with whiskey dates back to three generations before when the grandfather of the master distiller produced his own distillate, called Moonshine which in Polish, it is translated with Bimber.

The passion was then handed down to Darius Plazewski from a young age, and blossomed in 2015 when he, together with Ewelina, founded the distillery in London after immigrating there in 2003.

Bimber Apogee XII is Bimber's new blended malt, a tribute to the art of marrying different whiskeys and careful aging in barrels that previously contained the limited editions of the distillery's whiskeys.

Bimber Apogee XII is the blend of Scottish single malts from the Highlands and Speyside, it was brought to London and aged in barrels that had contained Single Malt distilled by Bimber.

12 years of careful and careful aging for an experimental Bimber blended whiskey, it was bottled at 46.3%, without artificial coloring.

A peculiarity, the glass of the bottle is a tribute to the hand-beaten copper of the stills of the distillery.
