The Papalin 2022 aged seven years is a blended rum from the most important Jamaican distilleries with 100% pot still distillation.

The native molasses has been fermented for a long time and subsequently distilled, resulting in a fresh and crunchy rum.

The rums selected by Luca Gragano were mixed in cask and then the casks were aged for 7 years under the tropical sun

It is a Blended or Vatted of different types of Rum assembled according to the old traditional system, which gave us a limited edition of a few thousand bottles.

We probably don't have a sample of complexity in front of us but Papalin remains an excellent Rum with a fantastic quality-price ratio.

Papalin is a classic rum, well made, quite soft, creamy and mineral that is drunk that is a pleasure.

Color: Papalin rum is a bright amber with brozei reflections.

Aromas: The nose shows a bouquet of good intensity, very clean and balanced. You can perceive the aroma of long fermented molasses.

Taste: In the mouth the attack is warm, wild, creamy. Taste of molasses and spices very intense but always very balanced.

The finish is pleasant, with a slow evolution and good persistence.
