Grhum is a brilliant idea of Max Righi of Silver Seal, to take some excellent Trentino grappa and refine it for 5 years in ex Jamaican rum barrels.
The very good grappa of the micro distillery Villa de Varda comes from selected pomace of Muller Thurgau.
A fragrant and ethereal grappa is born from the pomace of Muller Thurgau from Trentino.
The grappa selected to become Silver Seal's Grhum grappa is left to rest for 24 months in new oak barrels.
This first aging in oak barrels balances the Muller Thurgau grappa from the Villa de Varda distillery.
Subsequently the grappa is transferred to a barrel that previously contained the excellent rum from Jamaica selected by Silver Seal.
The high-grade Jamaican rum of Silver Seal is extremely full-bodied and fragrant, an explosion of hints of caramel, vanilla, spice, and balsamic notes.
The aging of the Grhum grappa in ex Jamaica rum barrels lasts for 5 years.
This aging enriches the grappa Grhum Jamaica rum cask with the soft hints of molasses, vanilla, scents of Caribbean spices.
The Grhum grappa by Silver Seal is always well balanced in the mouth, never sugary or broken down, a true masterpiece will amaze you!
