Just like with this Demerara Symphony blended rum Samaroli, the result of a blend of two barrels of demerara rum aged in Scotland and bottled in 2021.

Fully bottled, only 677 bottles were produced.

Tasting Notes:

Color: intense amber with pink gold reflections.

Aromas: intense aromas of vanilla, tobacco and toffee, with sweet notes of dried apricot and banana, then evolving towards cinnamon and popcorn.

Flavors: The taste is rich and sweet, consistent in the references of honey and brown sugar, it advances broad and warm throughout the palate, revealing nut, coconut and wood, in a dry, long and decidedly smoky finish, which leaves behind a long trail of dark chocolate.
