The eruption of Volcan de Tequila, which occurred more than 200,000 years ago, has definitively changed the terroir of the Jalisco lowland, making it ideal for the cultivation of blue agave.

In particular, the soil is rich in iron and other minerals which, together with the volcanic ash, gives complexity and the typical flavor to the products obtained from the Volcan de mi Tierra distillery.

The Tequila Blanco of Volcán De Mi Tierra is the result of the assembly of two different varieties of agave, that of Valles and that of Altos.

The first is cooked in the oven, ground and fermented in wood, while the Altos agave is cooked in an autoclave, ground and fermented in stainless steel tanks; their union gives life to a truly peculiar Tequila, perfect smooth but also suitable for the preparation of cocktails.

Tasting Notes:

View: Transparent and limpid color.

Aromas: Typical notes of agave on the nose, notes of citrus and lemon, ripe fruit of pear and cherry, with sulphurous and minerality.

Taste: On the palate it is straight, aromatic and pleasantly spicy, with a persistent finish.
