A splendid Longmorn single malt, distilled in 2014 and aged in ex-bourbon casks for six years.

After six years of rest, the whiskey was bottled by independent bottler Càrn Mòr in 2021.

This Peated Longmorn Speyside whiskey aged in ex bourbon casks was bottled in 1664 bottles.

This Longmorn single malt single malt is part of the Càr Mòr Strictly Limited collection.

The Strictly Limited range is a collection of whiskeys from single distilleries in the best producing regions of Scotland, whose peculiarity is filtration without refrigeration.

This type of processing allows the maintenance of all the oils and proteins that give the whiskey an authentic natural flavor.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: straw yellow.

Nose: Buttery pastries, floral tea puffs, abundant campfire smoke and woody vanilla.

Palate: Rich tangle of smoke and vanilla alongside peppery oak spines and baked apple.

Finish: Butterscotch and soft fondant balance peppery warmth, charred heather and dried peat smoke.
