The J. Bally distillery has finally made its Brut de Fut agricultural rum available with the iconic pyramid bottle containing the 2007 vintage agricultural rum.
After 11 years of ageing, the 2007 Brut de Fut is a vintage cask strength made from 4 French oak barrels, which presents itself with amber color and a strong and elegant palate.
Its slow aging in a tropical climate, characteristic of Bally rum, gives it soft and refined aromas.
J.Bally was one of the first distilleries to develop a rum distilled from the virgin juice of a single sugar cane, obtaining a high quality Millesimato rum.
The J.Bally distillery was based in Le Carbet on the French island of Martinique and produces vintage agricultural rums only in the best years.
The founder of the distillery, Jacques Bally in 1917 first had the idea of refining his rums in French oak barrels, of course.
This wood gives the distillate a wonderful amber color and a delicate round and balanced taste.
The J.Bally brut de fut 2007 rum with pyramid bottle is the icon of this distillery.
The pyramide bottle distinguishes only the best thousandths of rum.
Produced with carefully selected raw materials, it can be included among the best rums in the world.
Distilled in 2007 it was bottled in 2022.
A limited edition of only 1140 bottles, a very rare and very good rum.
