Habitation Velier, the House of Pure Single Rum, the only range in the world of Pure Single Rum from different distilleries selected by Luca Gargano based on the distillation system.

The reason for the project, however, is much more than merely commercial: the Habitation Velier range was born with a didactic vocation to enhance artisanal distillations and the art and technique of the distiller.

In fact, Pure Single Rum was born from the classification launched by Luca Gargano and then disclosed together with the distiller Richard Seale, which distinguishes rums by distillation method and therefore with an objective identification.

Habitation Velier Long Pond STCE 2019 is a rare edition of a Pure Single Rum from the high ester Jamaican distillery of Cambridge Estate, closed in 1948 but which still survives thanks to Long Pond, with its high ester rums and thanks to rum lawyer Luca Gargano.

The 2019 release of Long Pond STCE is a rare branding for the distillery.

Produced from molasses, it ferments a work of indigenous yeasts following the same ancestral techniques of the 19th century.

Discontinuous distillation in copper Pot Stills and aged for 3 years.

A very complex rum rich in aromas, which incorporates the production formula of Cambridge Estate high ester rums.

The degree of esters is equal to 497.6 gr/hlpa, with an angel share >38%. Strictly no added sugars.
