It was 1973 when Nonnino revolutionized the way of making grappa by presenting the Monovitigno Nonino.

The Nonino single variety line was born from the need to create a specific and accurate product, obtained from the distillation of the pomace of a single vine coming from the most suitable production areas.

Today Nonino surpasses himself with this single-varietal prosecco grappa, producing a grappa starting from selected pomace of Veneto prosecco, harvested fresh.

A product that fascinates not only the sense of smell and the palate with noteworthy aromas and flavors of pears, but which also impresses the eye, thanks to an iconic bottle, with its colored caps.

The distillation process takes place with steam, according to the discontinuous method, with the cutting of the head and tail, using some of the copper stills that dominate the scene inside the Percoto distillery.

At the end of the processing, the grappa obtained is left to rest in steel barrels for a short time.
